Rich Wilder is a Partner and Managing Director at Adam James International. His areas of specialization are board and chief suite positions within private equity and Fortune 50 companies. Before joining Adam James in April 2006, Rich was an Executive Vice President with a nationally recognized top five search firm. His prior experience includes five years with a boutique financial search firm in New York, NY and twenty three years of corporate human resources assignments, the last eleven as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Rich received his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. He also served overseas in the U.S. Army Artillery as a Firing Battery Commander.

Ken Philbrick is a Partner at the Denver office of Adam James International. Ken emphasizes the importance of building long lasting and sincere relationships with his clients and candidates, and specializes in conducting searches for Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Vice President of Finance positions. Ken has served in multiple roles with the firm including development of the company strategy and values, corporate development and managing the executive search function. During his time with the company, Ken has helped Adam James grow from three employees to over twenty while performing multiple executive search assignments for more than 120 companies.
Ken joined Adam James in 1997 shortly after the company was formed in 1996. Prior to working for Adam James, Ken worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touché in the Denver office. He has a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at The University of Denver and is the former Chair of the Daniels College of Business Alumni Board. Also, Ken is the Chairman of the Board of Assistant Coach, Inc., which is a non profit that provides athletic training and mentoring to children. Ken is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.

Warren Nadolsky is a Partner at the Denver office of Adam James International. He founded the company in 1996 and has been involved in the start-up of several staffing related organizations, including practices in accounting/finance, information technology, light industrial and sales/marketing. Warren currently oversees the strategic direction of Adam James International and its sister company, AJS Partners. He also provides consulting services to start-ups and small business and serves on a number of advisory boards.
Prior to working for Adam James, Warren worked as a manager in the audit practice for Deloitte & Touché. Warren is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and has a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The University of Iowa.

Tom Basilico is the Managing Director, Adam James Consulting of the Denver office of Adam James International. As a senior-level finance and accounting executive with over 20 years of experience, he provides expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, expense and inventory control, cash management and facilities management. Tom carries a successful track record in team building and project management, and has spent time in Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Senior Vice President of Accounting, Director of Finance and Director of Accounting roles as an independent consultant.
Prior to joining Adam James in 2007, Tom was the CFO of a private equity backed company, PJ COMN, a Controller for Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and a Senior Auditor for KPMG in St. Louis. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Tracey Riley is a Director of Recruiting at the Denver office of Adam James International. Tracey manages the recruiting process for senior level accounting, finance, human resources and sales and marketing retained searches. Tracey specializes in researching, sourcing and evaluating all potential candidates for every search and she is a resource to her candidates in the areas of resume improvement, interviewing and career guidance. Many of the people whom Tracey has placed are now hiring her to help build their own world class leadership teams.
Prior to joining Adam James in 2005, Tracey served as a corporate recruiting manager and contract recruiter within a variety of industries in the Denver metro area. Her industry experience includes financial services, high tech, telecommunications and healthcare. Additionally, Tracey was an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years where she specialized within the Financial Services Practice. She received her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Colorado at Denver and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado.

Jen Almquist is a Director of Adam James Consulting in the Denver office of Adam James International. With over 10 years of experience serving public companies in the Denver marketplace, she provides expertise in SEC reporting, management reporting, external financial communications, investor relations, public company corporate governance, technical accounting research, and financial planning and analysis. Jen has a proven, successful track record in SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance (including non-routine, non-financial SEC reporting), audit support, implementation of new accounting pronouncements, high-level and detailed account review, Board communications and project management. Prior to joining Adam James in 2008, Jen spent time as the Director of SEC Reporting and Compliance at StarTek, Inc. He has 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and recruiting. He spent two years with a start up staffing company and developed it from a two person operation to a five person operation, conducting business development to fulfilling search assignments. Prior to entering the business world, Kenny attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
